Real people investing in real value, that's Value Square.

We are not guided by the stock market, but stick to the fundamentals.

Value, not volatility.

The principle of value investing is simple: we invest in
fundamentally undervalued stocks that offer significant upside potential and, if possible, also pay a nice dividend.

The volatility of growth stocks, whose value is determined primarily on the basis of future earnings forecasts, has caused considerable stock market malaise in the past. Share prices are strongly influenced in the short term by emotions, such as fear and greed. We turn our backs on this turbulence by opting for stable cash flows and a low debt ratio, among other things.

Family values.

We prefer to invest in family-owned companies because this usually guarantees greater involvement of the directors. At Value Square, the family aspect is woven into everything we do. Just like a family, we have our home values that we act upon.

Always invest for the long term.

The long term is our domain. We skillfully exploit the inefficiencies of the stock market in the short term, while the stock price evolves toward intrinsic value in the long term. We pay particular attention to the quality of our companies. A good track record (measured in part through value creation), a decent balance sheet combined with a sufficiently high return on invested capital are characteristics we look for.

We value people for their skills.

We believe in the power of a heterogeneous team, where everyone's specific skills and talents are valued and can be fully utilized and developed. A team of specialists that is fully committed to sustainable long-term investment.
More about our team
The best things in life are simple, authentic and real: pure food, real craftsmanship, genuine service, honest products.

The long term is our domain.

We take advantage of the inefficiencies of the stock market in the short term, while in the long term the share price moves towards its intrinsic value. We pay particular attention to the quality of the shares or bonds, assigning them a quality score and imposing internally strict requirements that they must meet, among other things.

We swim against the current by buying when markets are depressed and selling when stock markets are trading above their intrinsic value. We maintain that valuation, even if the stock price changes, because it is rationally based.

This is how we bet on real long-term value.
