Notice to shareholders of the Business Holdings DBI-RDT sub-fund

The Board of Directors of Value Square Fund, a Belgian-law real estate investment trust, has decided to change the name of the Business Holdings DBI-RDT sub-fund. As a result, new key information documents will be drawn up and certain passages of the prospectus will be amended.

The new name of the "Business Holdings DBI-RDT" sub-fund is "Holdings."

The sub-fund's investment policy will remain unchanged.

This amendment will take effect on January 13, 2026. Shareholders of this sub-fund who do not agree with this amendment have the option, during a period of one month from the publication of this notice, to request the redemption of their shares at no cost, except for any taxes.
