Lunch seminar the partnership 2023

Last Thursday we held our final 2023 lunch seminar in our series on succession planning.

This time we chose the topic of "the partnership," a structure that is gaining popularity but is still often unknown.

‍MarkDelboo of DELBOO explained to us how a partnership works, how it can be used within estate planning and what obligations it entails.

We closed with some alternatives on the partnership and with the many questions our participants had.

There was so much interest in this seminar on the partnership that we are organizing a 2nd edition in 2024.
