Koen Hoffman

Koen received a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Ghent University in 1990 and an MBA from Vlerick Business School in 1991.

In 1992, he started his career in the Project Financing department of KBC Bank. Four years later, in 1996, he moved to KBC Securities, the stock exchange company of the KBC Group. In 2003, Koen became a board member of KBC Securities and from October 2012 to July 2016, he served as CEO there.

Since August 2016, Koen has been Value Square's Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors.

He is also independent chairman of the board of directors at the publicly traded companies Greenyard, Fagron and MDxHealth.

Finally, he is also an independent director at Revive Fund Management BV and Janshen Hahnraths Group BV.

In his spare time, you can find him on a golf course or behind the stovetop cooking for friends and family.
