Thomas Maes

Thomas received his PhD in Mathematics in 2011. He is also a Certified European Financial Analyst.

After his doctorate, Thomas started his career as an Infomanagement Specialist at ArcelorMittal Gent. He then worked for 5 years as Assistant CFO at Touring Insurance, the direct insurer within the AXA Group in Belgium, where he was responsible for reserving, internal control and various Solvency II related topics.

Thomas joined Value Square in early 2018, is a member of the Board of Directors and is responsible for risk and finance.
